Some time ago I rediscovered my love to music. In earlier days I was a drummer in a students band. On occasion of a recent birthday my relevants made me a present of the tool beside. A Yamaha DD-55. Now I exercise every day and torture my family this way ;-))).

Nearly at the same time our daughter started to learn playing keyboard. So I could not rest before trying to play myself. And this way the idea was born to record some cover versions of songs I like using a multi track recording software.

Meanwhile I obtained a small mixer for this purpose. (Behringer MX1604A).



On the top of the mixer you see a Shure mike SM 58 - a legendary vocal mic. I use it for voice recording.

The PA below the mixers (used for monitoring etc.) should be an absolut rarity, at least in the western world: It's an Amfiton 002, a soviet product from 1984. But it works great still nowadays.

Also a Behringer product - a digital effects processor Virtualizer PRO DSP1000P.

And to bring that all together, I use a computer. Recording, mixing and mastering is done by Cubase. Currently the computer is used as a multi track recorder only, no MIDI.

This website is a great support for me. You may post your Songs there for feedback by the whole community. And believe me: You'll get it fast and well founded. Without this support i would not achieved what I did.

But now to the most important thing: What are the results of all these efforts?
The following songs are the first own production since a couple of years. All parts (Lyrics, Music) are written by myself.
