We spent our last holidays from 19.07.2003 - 09.08.2003 on the Island of Fyn in Denmark. And a real ham takes along his equipement at any time! Furthermore it is interesting for other hams to get in contact with stations on islands, because there are special certificates about these contacts.

The pictures on this page should give you an impression about the activity but also about the beauty of the Island of Fyn.

The station was "established" on a small table. We operated in radiotelephony, Morse code and radio teletyping.

The Island of Fyn is also called Fairytale Island. And really fairytale are the castles. Below you see Egeskov Castle.

The weather was a perfect dream for the whole three weeks... And so we also enjoyed the Sun and the beach.
